By purchasing our goods and /or using our services, you accept these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”). Please read this GTC carefully.

This GTC shall be applied to the contractual relationships entered into on the website and / or in the webshop of Ana Ljubinković available

at www.ana-ljubinkovic.com and to the visit and use of the website and/or the webshop.

You expressly agree that you use our website at your sole risk.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shipping situation is changing by hour. At this point we can not guarantee that our Standard delivery option is working without problems, so we suggest using the Fast delivery option as it is running more smoothly at this point. As said, we will continue tracking and updating the shipping situation, but any info that you can get from your Customs officials would help (as we can not know what's exactly going on in each country we ship to). The latest info is that all of Ana Ljubinković parcels are moving forward their final destinations!

Ana Ljubinković will do its best to ensure that the order is prepared and dispatched within an average timescale of ten (10) to twenty (20) working days from the day after the order is confirmed by the Buyer. It is responsibility of the Customer to provide a correct and secure address where at any time the package can be delivered.

 

* Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.

Ana Ljubinković ships worldwide. Standard deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services (Post of Serbia) and their partners in other countries around the world. Post of Serbia shipping method includes the tracking number. Fast deliveries are made in cooperation with FedEx.

 

Once your order and payment are received, you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can "track and trace" your order anytime you like.

Once Post Of Serbia receives your package, you can track the progress of your order at any time on http://www.posta.rs/struktura/eng/aplikacije/alati/posiljke.asp or https://www.17track.net/en using the package tracking number available from your online account under the order details, or as sent to you by email with your order confirmation.

If there is a delay in delivery the Buyer must inform Ana Ljubinković Customer Services. This may be done by e-mail to contact@ana-ljubinkovic.com. Ana Ljubinković will send the information to Delivery Company to trigger the start of an investigation. If the product is found during this investigation, it will immediately be redirected to the address of the Buyer (in most cases). If on the other hand the product is not found during the investigation, Delivery Company will consider the parcel to be lost. If this is the case, Ana Ljubinković will send you a replacement product at its expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at this time, Ana Ljubinković will reimburse you for the cost of these products.

Ana Ljubinković Studio takes no responsibility for extension to delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in cases of loss of products or strikes.

Ana Ljubinković Studio cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS

Please notice that we are shipping from Serbia (which is not the part of EU) and it is a responsibility of the Customer to proceed with customs clearance procedure, incl. all applicable fees and charges, and be responsible for payment of all import custom duties, sales taxes and similar, if any. Please contact your local Custom Or Post service about Custom or any other additional costs for your package.

Any refunds to a Customer will not include any import taxes and duties paid by a Customer, customs clearance and related or similar charges. It is Customers’ responsibility to proceed in accordance with applicable laws of a country of an importation to get a refund or waiver for such taxes and charged.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Do you want to preorder Ana Ljubinković in your size?

 

Our aim is to offer beautiful clothing made sustainably. This is why our stock is very limited. 

 

If your size is not available (XS to XL or 34 to 42)  email us with your special request and we might be able to make a proper size item for you. 

Please notice that we can only produce an item in regular sizes from XS to XL. We can not produce items according to your specific body measures. So please make sure you check our SIZE CHART given with each item to make sure which size would fit you best.

Ana Ljubinković made as a special request will be ready within 30 days from the day of the purchase. Add to that shipping time and please be aware that it will take about a month and a half in total to receive your requested item. If you can wait, we`d be more than glad to proceed with your special order.

Also, you can get an update about your special order anytime, just email us, we`d be happy to answer all of your questions.

Once a special order is placed, it can not be cancelled. Ana Ljubinković items that are made as a special order cannot be returned or replaced by another pair.

Our production is very small and accepting a special order means that we will make additional effort and time to process it, so make sure you are familiar with our conditions before you make a special request.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  • You have the right to return / exchange any / all Ana Ljubinković products you have purchased directly from our website within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • All goods will be inspected on return.

  • The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

  • If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.

  • If you want a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

  • Ana Ljubinković does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

  • Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for all the cost of returning any items.

  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

  • Partial Refund: in the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client. The cost of return shipping is EUR 35, plus the cost of import fees. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.​ Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.​ 

  • All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

  • Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. 

  • Shipping fees and import fees of the order are non-refundable. 

  • Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by ana-ljubinkovic.com

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Damage or incorrect goods / products must be reported within 24 hour after delivery. If your product is damaged in transport you must report this as soon as possible by sending us detailed descriptions and images.

Very important is that in all types of returns the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 35 EUR in shipping return will be charged. Ana Ljubinković has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same or similar model.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. Please be aware that we can exchange the same item for a different size only once. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Ana Ljubinković account.

ORDER CANCELATION

Please notice that you can cancel your order within 24 hours since you purchase. We realize that this is a bit uncommon but we have very limited production and very high demand. So after that 24 hours passes, we will finish your order and proceed to sending them to your address.

PAYMENT METHOD

Your payment is handled by PayPal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards and we accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards or you can use your PayPal account. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Ana Ljubinković may automatically cancel your order.
